Creamy Gochujang Noodles

INGREDIENTS
100g Japanese udon noodles
2tbs. Gochujang paste
2tbs. Dark soy sauce
2tbs. Peanut butter
1tbs. Toasted sesame oil
1tbs. Noodle water
Dash of sesame seeds
METHOD
Boil noodles for 5 min. Until cooked
Whilst noodles are cooking, whisk together gochujang paste, peanut butter, soy sauce & sesame oil until fully incorporated.
Combine noodles & a little bit of its water to the sauce mixture
Garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy!
ADDITIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
For a healthier option, substitute the udon noodles for rice or buckwheat noodles & substitute
Soy sauce for coconut aminos.
For a crunchier texture, use extra crunchy peanut butter
Allergic to nuts? Use sesame seed butter instead.
For extra protein add some seasoned tofu to your dish!
