This isnāt just a smoothie. Itās my daily ritual. My reset. My blueprint.
I call it My Blueprint because it sets the tone for the whole day. This smoothie is built to fuel, nourish, and energize. Itās packed with antioxidant-rich frozen blueberries, plant-based protein for sustained energy, and healthy fats from creamy almond butter to keep you satisfied for hours. Hemp seeds add an extra boost of protein and omega fats, while maca root and ashwagandha support balance, resilience, and overall vitality. A sprinkle of goji berries brings natural sweetness and another layer of antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS
150g frozen blueberries
1½ cups almond mylk
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1 tbsp vanilla plant-based protein powder
1 tbsp raw hemp seeds
1 tsp ashwagandha powder
1 tsp maca root powder
METHOD
1. Pour almond mylk into the blender first; this helps everything blend smoothly
2. Add the protein powder and hemp seeds.
3. Add the frozen blueberries.
4. Blend until completely smooth and thick.
5. Adjust consistency; add more mylk for a thinner smoothie, or add ice/extra frozen blueberries for a thicker one.
6. Pour immediately and garnish with goji berries and hemp seeds.

ADDITIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Add goji berries for extra antioxidants and minerals
Swap almond mylk for any plant-based mylk you prefer
Nut allergy? Use sesame or pumpkin seed butter instead
Want more texture? Use crunchy almond butter
