This isnât just a smoothie. Itâs my daily ritual. My reset. My blueprint.
I call this smoothie âMy Blueprintâ because itâs exactly that; the foundation of my day. Itâs my go-to, my non-negotiable, the one recipe I come back to over and over again. I drink it almost every single day (sometimes twice), and it never gets old.
This smoothie is built to fuel, nourish, and energize. Itâs packed with antioxidant-rich frozen blueberries, plant-based protein for sustained energy, and healthy fats from creamy almond butter to keep you satisfied for hours. Hemp seeds add an extra boost of protein and omega fats, while maca root and ashwagandha support balance, resilience, and overall vitality. A sprinkle of goji berries brings natural sweetness and another layer of antioxidants.
The result? Creamy, nourishing, and perfectly balanced. Itâs not too sweet, deeply satisfying, and incredibly functional.
